Save the Date: Meet the local impact community at "Impact Happy Hours!"

Creating social impact can seem like a lonely endeavor. Though impact entrepreneurs work for and within their community, they often feel the burden of being one small boat in an ocean of problems.

The good news is that this doesn’t need to be the case!

Villgro Philippines, xchange, and Ashoka Philippines created “Impact Happy Hours” to provide space for social entrepreneurs and anyone who supports their missions to foster relationships with one another, find collaborators, and learn or share insights with like-minded impact-driven individuals.

The Impact Entrepreneur of the Year

It’s going to be even more exciting because we will be announcing our “Impact Entrepreneur of the Year” at the event.

Late last year, we release a call for nominations for impact entrepreneurs who tirelessly innovate, execute, and deliver lasting change to uplift individuals and communities in the Philippines. Homegrown heroes who go above and beyond the call of duty and profit to provide solutions that affect the less-fortunate, the climate, and Philippine society at large.

The Impact Entrepreneur of the Year award is special because it is love and appreciation from the community. The award doesn’t have a judge and jury, and is instead determined by peers.

This year’s batch of nominees champion causes from sustainability to education, from livelihood opportunities to peace building.
